All morning I went through my summer clothes. With each day getting warmer, I have to be sure I have enough pretty outfits to wear. Thing is, everything needs to go. Sorry! Just all so last year. Patti will probably wear them, but I’m so much more fashion conscious than her, and though I know it’s not nice to say, I am the prettier one.
After some cajoling and, yes, a bit of manipulation, I finally got my mom to say yes to taking me shopping. Some may call me superficial and materialistic, but a girl’s gotta do what a girl’s gotta do. Besides, I don’t want to let down any of my friends ~ they have such high expectations of someone as glamourous as me. Of course, I had to wait for my mom. Hell-OH! I’m ready.
The best place to shop is Hannah’s on Solano Avenue. Solano is like so hip and this little boutique has all the latest fashions at the right prices. Oh, and the staff … let me tell you, they are the best, greeting me with a big smile and making me feel just like the Princess that I am.
My little head was spinning there were sooooo many pretty things. This dress is perfect for Easter and so matches my beautiful hair and eyes.
Jeans are like shoes ~ you just cannot have enough. Hmmmmm, which pair, which pair. Oh, well, too hard to decide so I’ll take them both.
No, really, do you not love these sandals. The color is perfect and they look so comfortable. These, I HAVE to have … which reminds me, I must schedule a pedicure for tomorrow.
I’m exhausted after all that shopping. Ah, now I’ll rest and dream of pretty things. Mom, bring me a Diet Coke please.

I’m exhausted just seeing all that shopping. You little Diva, you!
Tricia. It looks like you pounded the pavement shopping! Did you buy anything? I hope your mommy was very very very generous that day. I think it would be a good idea to call the owners of the store you visited today, and tell them that their store was featured on their blog.
Yes, I was sure to tell Hannah that she is featured in one of my blogs ~ she was delighted! Oh, yeah, mom was very generous, but that might be because when I wanted something extra, I would say, “I think Patti would like this one.” Teeheehee.
